Email is the whole system
No form, no scheduler, no chat widget that follows you down the page. Given that I spend a fair amount of my time making sure other people's email arrives, it would be strange to make you fill out a form instead.
What helps me answer faster
- What the task is, and roughly how often it happens.
- What you have tried already, including the thing that half worked.
- Whether there is a date attached to it.
If it turns out you do not need what you think you need, I will say so. That happens often enough that it is worth mentioning up front.
